Quality Inn Gadsden - Attalla

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and non-smoking rooms. During my first stay, the staff helped with early check-in. I highly recommend it for a great weekend!

It had a nice tv. Pool was small but serviceable.

The staff was rude.They were stingy on towels. They only provided us with 2 towels for 4 people, and when I tried asking for more, they acted like it was a huge inconvenience, and that I was lying to get more towels. Not sure why. They tried to not honor the price I got on Booked.net. As a matter of fact, they were blatantly disbelieving of the deal I got. I had to look it up on the site for them again. Bathroom looked like it needed work. Room was hot because the air was off, but that is understandable. Fridge and freezer were not very cold. Cleaning staff did not replace the coffee, or any soap, shampoo, or cups. Most definitely will not go back again.

I did not receive the bed I requested. The mat in the tub was horrible. The floor was in need of cleaning between the night stand and the bed.

The location of hotel was perfect

The food selection could have been much better considering what we paid for the room.

Fresh bananas at breakfast offered a nice touch. The walk-in shower felt quite luxurious. I also appreciated the spaciousness of the King Room. I noticed a cozy lobby area.

The parking situation could benefit from some adjustments.

Great location for going to talladega

Had reservations for 2 nights and because my credit card declined owner cancelled my reservations. Also, rebooked room for what we thought was for 2 nights and was charged 163.00 for 1 night!!! Owner told us reservation was for only 1 night when we came back to room from race. Was very rude too!!! Even the housekeeping lady said these people were crazy!!!! Will not be back and would not recommend this place!!!!!

The hotel staff greeted us warmly every morning, brightening our day. The newly renovated room was clean and spacious, providing plenty of comfort for our stay.

Unfortunately, we faced a few issues. The water temperature was lukewarm, and the lack of an ice machine was disappointing. A few minor cosmetic repairs were needed in the common areas.

Staff was friendly.

The beds were uncomfortable. I think they were roll away beds. There was something all over the picture in the room that needed cleaned. Very noisy neighbors. No water pressure in the shower. Toilet constantly running.

We had a family wedding that weekend and although it was a very busy weekend for the hotel (Talladega races), the owner and staff went up and beyond to group our rooms next to each other and also have them ready for early check in so we could get ready for our event. Really nice people!

I stayed here with a group of friends, and we had a blast! The hotel is near some fun spots, like the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Silver Lakes. The room was clean, and the beds were super comfy. Staff were pleasant and helpful .

One thing that bothered us was the lack of an ice machine. It would have been nice to have some ice for our drinks after exploring. The cable went out during storms, leaving us without TV for a bit.

Construction going on in the front and across the side street made it dusty and hard to get in and out of parking lot. Not their fault, but it made our stay unpleasant.

I liked the way the friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate our special requests even though it was a very busyTalladega weekend! We were in town for my son's wedding and they allowed us early check in for three out of four of our rooms to get ready for pre-wedding photos.
